  • 2 very ripe bananas
  • ΒΌ cup unsweetened applesauce OR 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Optional: chocolate chips, raisins, dried fruit, nuts, etc.

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Mash bananas in medium size bowl with fork.
  • Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Scoop evenly into greased loaf or muffin pan.
  • Bake for 20 min. Youll know its done when you insert a tooth pick and it comes out clean.
