Ingredients

• 2 cups crushed cookie crumbs (you can use Marie biscuits , digestive biscuits, graham cracker, nilla wafer, arrowroot cookies, etc.)
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1 (14oz) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
• 1 cup, dry, unsweetened coconut flakes
• extra coconut for rolling

Directions

• Combine the cookie crumbs, cocoa powder, sweetened condensed milk, and 1 cup coconut in a large bowl. mix until combined and sticky.
• Roll into 1 inch balls.
• Coat the balls in the extra coconut.
• Chill in fridge, or place in freezer (this is how my Australian friend enjoys them) until ready to eat. Enjoy!
