  • 1 1/2 cups ice cubes ( crushed )
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk ( or other milk of choice )
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple ( diced )
  • 1/4 teaspoon rum extract 1/4 teaspoon Coconut Extract to taste whipped cream ( optional ) 1 maraschino cherries ( optional, for serving ) Directions Combine all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth. Top with optional whi pped topping and mar aschino cherry. Serv e immediately. Servings 1 From The Seasoned Mom
