Ingredients

• 2 cups creamy or crunchy peanut butter
• 2 sleeves Ritz crackers
• 12 ounces Candy coating wafers (like Wilton brand)
• Vegetable oil
• Decorative sprinkles (optional)

Directions

• Spread approximately 1/2 Tablespoon peanut butter onto each Ritz cracker
• Follow package directions to melt candy coating wafers in microwave. (One minute at 50% power, stir, repeat until smooth.
• Stir 3-4 Tablespoons vegetable oil into the candy coating until incorporated. The goal is a smooth liquid coating that falls off a spoon in smooth ribbons. Add more oil if necessary.
• Drop each cracker peanut butter side down into the candy coating. Use fork to flip over and coat evenly with chocolate coating. Use fork to lift the cracker out onto wax paper.
• Top with decorative sprinkles.
• Allow to air-dry at room temperature until firmly set.
• Store in an airtight container up to 4 weeks.
