  • Condiments

    • 1/2 cup Chocolate peanut butter
    • 1/4 cup Honey
    • 1/3 cup Peanut butter, regular
  • Pasta & Grains

    • 1/2 cup Oats, old fashioned
    • 1 cup Quinoa, cooked
  • Nuts & Seeds

    • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • Other

    • 1/3 cup Ground flax

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/3 cup ground flax
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup chocolate peanut butter (I used PB&Co)
  • 1/3 cup regular peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a medium to large bowl. Stir until everything is distributed evenly. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Using your hands, form the mixture into ping pong sized balls and place on a plate. Refrigerate until firm for about 2 hours then transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge.
