Cookie Dough Egg Rolls

  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup Chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Toppings
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

  • 6 Egg roll wrappers

  • 1/2 cup Butter

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup melted butter
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 cup flour
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 3/4 cup chocolate chips
• 6 egg roll wrappers
• Vegetable oil
• Toppings of your choice

Directions

• In a large mixing bowl, combine butter and both sugars.
• Add flour, salt, and vanilla, then mix until smooth.
• Add in chocolate chips.
• Lay out your egg roll wrappers on a flat surface.
• Place a large spoonful of dough in the center of each wrapper.
• Roll the bottom corner over the dough, then fold in the side corners.
• Continue rolling until the dough is fully covered. Brush the edges of the egg roll wrapper with water to seal.
• Heat about 1/2-inch vegetable oil in a deep pan.
• Flash fry each egg roll until golden brown. Drain on a paper towel.
• Serve while hot with toppings of your choice. We like vanilla ice cream!
