Description

Cant get Dales Seasoning where you live? No problem! This DIY version is easy to make and tastes like the real deal. Dales is famous in the southern US. Its a great as a marinade or baste when grilling meat or poultry. Its especially delicious when used with steaks. You can use fresh garlic in place of the garlic powder but the seasoning mixture shouldnt be kept more than a week then.

Directions

In a 4 cup or larger measuring cup combine the soy sauce, liquid smoke, and Worcestershire sauce. Add the ground ginger, salt, sugar, black pepper, paprika, and garlic while whisking the soy mixture with a wire whisk. Make sure the mixture is fully blended. Pour into a jar with a lid and store, sealed, in the refrigerator for 1-2 months.
