  • 2 tbsp Celery
  • 2 tbsp Green onions
  • 2 tbsp Red bell pepper, sweet

  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise

  • 1 dash(es Black pepper, ground
  • 1 dash(es Garlic salt

  • 2 pkg (8 oz each cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese

Ingredients

• 1/4 c mayonnaise (may use reduced-fat)
• 1 dash(es) garlic salt, to taste
• 1 dash(es) ground black pepper, to taste
• 8 oz imitation crab meat (can use real crab)
• 1/2 c (2 oz) finely grated mozzarella cheese
• 2 Tbsp finely grated sweet red bell pepper
• 2 Tbsp finely chopped green onions
• 2 Tbsp finely chopped celery
• 2 pkg (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened

Directions

• 1Mix all ingredients; shape into one or two balls and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers.
