Ingredients

• 1 box brownie mix + ingredients called for on the box
• 1- 1 lb. package chocolate chip cookie dough
• 16 oz cream cheese
• 1/2 cup sugar

Directions

• Prepare cake pan by lining it with tin foil and spray with cooking spray.
• Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
• Make the brownie mix according to the package directions and pour the batter into the pan.
• In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese and sugar with a hand mixer until smooth.
• Drop by the spoonful over the brownie mix and spread with a rubber spatula.
• Using the palm of your hand smash the cookie dough into a rectangle to fit over the top of the brownie mix and place it on top of the cream cheese mixture.
• Bake at 350 degrees for about 25-30 minutes or until the cookies are a golden brown and the middle does not jiggle when pan is bumped.
• Let sit for at least 20-30 minutes to cool before cutting. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 2 weeks.
