Crock Pot Olive Garden Pasta E Fagioli Soup

  • 1 lb Ground beef

• Produce

  • 1 can Cannellini beans
  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 stalks Celery
  • 1 can Kidney beans, dark red
  • 1 Onion, small
  • 2 tsp Oregano, dried
  • 2 tsp Parsley, dried
  • 1 can Tomatoes

• Canned Goods

  • 26 1 oz container beef stock

• Condiments

  • 25 1 oz jar jar spaghetti sauce

• Pasta & Grains

  • 1 cup Ditalini pasta

• Baking & Spices

  • 1 tsp Black pepper, ground
  • 1 tbsp Salt

Description

Directions

• Brown and crumble ground beef.
• Drain excess grease.
• Add all the other ingredients to the slow cooker (except for pasta) and stir.
• Set slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours
• During the last 30 minutes or so of cooking, add in the pasta and stir.
