Crockpot Chicken & Stuffing Dinner

  • 4 Chicken breasts

• Produce

  • 1 small package Green beans, frozen

• Canned Goods

  • 2 1/2 cups Chicken broth

• Baking & Spices

  • 1 Bag Stuffing mix

• Dairy

  • 1/4 cup Sour cream

Directions

• Spray the crockpot with non stick cooking spray
• Place the defrosted chicken in the bottom of the crockpot as your first bottom layer.
• Next top the chicken with the stuffing mix .
• In a separate bowl, mix together the broth and sour cream. The sour cream is optional. It makes everything a little more creamy. Top this mixture over the dry stuffing mix.
• The last layer will be the frozen green beans or a can of drained green beans.
• Cook on high for 4 hours or cook on low for about 7 to 8 hours.
• When done fluff the stuffing with a fork and serve
• Omit the sour cream
• Use a gluten free stuffing mix
