    • 40 g Pineapple chunks, frozen
    • 40 g Strawberries, frozen

    • 1 tbsp Flax seeds
  • Liquids

    • 1 cups Water

Directions

  • Add carrots, mango, pineapple, strawberries, and banana to blender container. Place in the fridge overnight if you are prepping ahead of time.
  • When ready to blend, add flax seeds, oats, and water to the blender container. Blend together for 30 seconds or until smooth. You may need to blend for longer or shorter periods of time depending on your blender (I use a Nutribullet). Drink immediately.
