Dark Chocolate Orange Sea Salt Fondue

  • 1 cup Dark chocolate chips
  • 1 Dash Sea salt as a garnish with
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

• Snacks

  • 1 Graham crackers
  • 1 Pretzels

• Dairy

  • 1/2 cup Heavy whipping cream

• Desserts

  • 1 Marshmallows

• Other

  • 1/2 teaspoon orange zest {more for garnish}

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream {make sure it has the Real Seal }
• 1 cup dark chocolate chips
• 1/2 teaspoon orange zest {more for garnish}
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Dash of sea salt as a garnish with the orange zest {be careful not to use too much salt}
• For the Dippers:
• Cut up fruit: strawberry, kiwi, orange, banana, mango
• Pretzels
• Marshmallows
• Graham crackers

Directions

• In a medium pan heat the heavy whipping cream over medium heat, whisking continuously to make sure it doesnt burn.
• When the heavy whipping cream begins to bubble add the dark chocolate chips, vanilla extract and orange zest. Whisk until the chocolate is melted. This should not take very long--maybe 2 or 3 minutes.
• Remove from the heat and serve in a small bowl garnished with orange zest and a dash of sea salt with the dippers on the side.
