Dont let those greens go to waste! Blend them up and make a batch of smoothie starters for a quick and easy breakfast option on the go.

Directions

  • Measure and blend everything until smooth.
  • Pour into a silicon mold, filling to the top and freeze until set. About 4 hours minimum or overnight is best.
  • Pop out of silicon mold and transfer to a freezer-safe bag or air-tight container.
  • Add one smoothie starter to your high-speed blender with 8 oz. juice, non-dairy milk and/or water to blend. Adding fresh fruits and/or veggies as desired to change the taste.
