Ingredients

• 1/2 cup Butter
• 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
• 1/2 cup White Sugar
• 1 tsp. Vanilla
• 1 Egg
• 1 cup Peanut Butter
• 1 cup Oatmeal
• 1 cup Flour
• 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
• 1/4 tsp. Salt
• Mini Chocolate Chips for the top when done baking.

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the butter, sugars, vanilla egg and peanut butter and mix. In a separate bowl, combine the oatmeal, flour, baking soda and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and combine. Spread the mixture in a spray buttered 8x8 pan. Bake 25 to 35 minutes. When done remove from oven and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.
