• 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, softened
• 2/3 cup packed light brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 3 tablespoons milk
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1 cup oat flour (see how to make in tips section)

Directions

• 1 In a medium-sized mixing bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar using a hand mixer or a wooden spoon until the mixture is well blended. Add in the vanilla, milk, salt, and cinnamon and mix until just combined.
• 2 Add in the oat flour and stir until just combined. Eat immediately, or chill until cold, then enjoy.
