Ingredients

2 large roasted red bell peppers from a jar
½ cup whole roasted almonds
2 tbs tomato paste
2½ tbs red wine vinegar
2 tbs fresh parsley
1 clove garlic
1 tsp paprika
½ tap cayenne
½ cup olive oil
1½ tsp salt
black pepper

Directions

put all ingredients in food processor or blender and process until mostly smooth. taste and adjust salt/pepper/vinegar if necessary. eat with EVERYTHING! 😜
