    • 2 Eggs, large

    • 2 cups Pebbles cereal, Fruity
  • Baking & Spices

    • 1 tsp Baking soda
    • 2 1/4 cups Flour
    • 1 cup Sugar
    • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
    • 1 package Vanilla instant pudding mix
  • Dairy

    • 1 1/2 sticks Butter

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350° and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a baking mat.
  • In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugars.
  • Once combined, add the pudding mix and mix until well blended.
  • Add in vanilla and eggs.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together flour and baking soda.
  • Slowly add the flour mix to the wet mix until combined. Do not over mix.
  • With a wooden spoon, stir in Fruity Pebbles.
  • Using a cookie scoop, place 1 balls on your lined cookie sheet. Press the cookie down slightly to make them more flat.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges start to brown.
  • Let cool for a minute before moving to a wire cooling rack.
