Ingredients

  • 60g chocolate protein powder (I used Dymatize ISO-100 in Fudge Brownie)
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup baking stevia (or sweetener of choice)
  • 3 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
  • 1/2 cup (4 large) egg whites
  • 3 tbsp. coconut butter, melted (or ghee, unsalted butter)
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. butter extract (optional)

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Whisk together dry ingredients (through salt) in a medium mixing bowl. Add egg whites, melted coconut butter, and flavor extracts, mixing until smooth. Lightly spray a 7x5 baking dish with cooking spray, and pour batter in using a spatula. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the center no longer jiggles, but is still gooey. Brownies will set as they cool, so be very careful not to over-bake. Slice into eight pieces and enjoy! Store leftovers covered in the fridge (no preservatives).
