Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups Funfetti cake mix
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1 egg
• 2 tablespoons canola oil
• 1 1/3 cups water
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 2 Tablespoon milk plus more if needed
• 2 Tablespoons sprinkles
• *whipped topping (optional)

Directions

• Preheat waffle maker. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cake mix, flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually whisk in the egg, oil, and water just until combined. Spray waffle maker with non-stick cooking spray. Pour about 1/4 cup of the waffle batter into the maker and follow cooking directions on the machine. Mine cooks 4 to 6 minutes. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar, milk, and sprinkles until glaze forms. Add more milk to reach desired drizzle consistency. Add whipped topping and sprinkles.
