Ingredients

  • 2 pounds large shrimp (16-20 count) peeled, deveined and tails left in on
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup ketchup/ data-popup=http://thesuburbansoapbox.com/2015/06/29/homemade-ketchup/ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (or other hot sauce)
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with the garlic, olive oil, crushed red pepper, salt and pepper to coat. Spread the shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Roast the shrimp for 8-10 minutes until no longer translucent. Transfer the shrimp to a serving platter and set aside. In a small bowl, stir the ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, Tabasco and worcestershire sauce until combined. Serve the sauce with the shrimp.
