1½ ounces gin
3 ounces sake
½ ounce lemon juice
Ginger beer
Lemon slices, for garnish

Directions

In a shaker with ice, combine the gin, sake and lemon juice. Shake until very cold.
Pour into chosen glasses (over ice, if desired). Top with ginger beer and garnish with a lemon slice.
