Glacier Fusion Daiquiri

• Condiments

  • 30 ml 1 oz. simple syrup
  • 20 ml 2/3 oz. lemon juice

• Drinks

  • 35 ml 1 1/4 oz. apple juice

• Beer, Wine & Liquor

  • 45 ml 1 1/2 oz. white rum, white
  • 15 ml 1/2 oz. blue curacao, Blue

Description

Ingredients

• 35 ml – 1 ¼ oz. apple juice
• 20 ml – ⅔ oz. lemon juice
• 45 ml – 1 ½ oz. white rum
• 15 ml – ½ oz. Blue Curaçao
• 30 ml – 1 oz. simple syrup (made by mixing equal quantities of sugar and water)

Directions

• Put all the ingredients together on ice and shake well.
• Strain into a Martini glass rimmed with sugar and decorated with a slice of lemon.
• Serve immediately.
