Ingredients

• 2 cups gluten-free flour blend (such asPamelas)
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ cup (1 stick) butter
• ¾ cup brown sugar
• ½ cup granulated sugar
• 2 tablespoons flaxseed
• ⅓ cup applesauce
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 1½ cups chocolate chips

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Whisk together gluten-free flour, baking soda, and salt.
• Mix butter, brown sugar, and sugar together until light and fluffy. Stir in flaxseed, applesauce and vanilla.
• Stir in chocolate chips.
• Scoop (I like to use my trusty cookie scoop) dough balls onto a cookie sheet and bake 10 minutes or until golden brown. Dont over bake, or you wont get the delicious soft and chewy center!
