Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 6 slices of white bread
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  • In a large bowl, beat eggs and whisk in vanilla, milk and cinnamon.
  • Dunk pieces oh white bread into egg mixture quickly so that both sides are coated, but not completely soaked through.
  • Spray griddle or pan with non-stick cooking spray and set heat to medium.
  • Add bread with egg mixture gently and let cook on each side for about 1-2 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve with butter and maple syrup
