• boneless/skinless Chicken Breasts
• asparagus spears
• slices of Provolone Cheese
• Tomato sliced
• 1 Teaspoon Paprika
• 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
• 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
• 1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Panko Bread Crumbs

Directions

• Cut ends off the asparagus and toss in olive oil, paprika, coating well. Butterfly the chicken by slicing a deep cut from the top to bottom. Stuff each breast with tomato slices, cheese and asparagus.
