1. Combine all ingredients in the Instant Pot. 2. Lock the lid in place and set the cooker to Manual for 9 minutes. When the 9 minutes is up, cancel Keep Warm, and let the pressure come down naturally. 3. When you are able, carefully remove the lid, tilting it away from you. Remove the bay leaf. 4. To thicken, remove 3 cups of soup and puree in blender. 5. Return to soup. Stir.
