Ingredients

• Castello Creamy Havarti cheese
• ¼ lb Smoked ham, thinly sliced
• 1 Pear , thinly sliced
• Thyme, fresh
• Honey for drizzle
• 20 Crostini
• 1 Baguette
• 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions

• Preheat oven to 375°F.
• Cut baguette into ½ inch slices, brush with olive oil on both sides and bake on ungreased baking sheet for 12-15 minutes.
• Spread Havarti onto crostini.
• Layer cheese with ham, pear slice and thyme.
• Drizzle with honey
