This Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Milkshake is full of good-for-you ingredients but tastes totally decadent! The perfect sweet summer treat with a Chunky Monkey twist 🙂

Ingredients

¼ cup low fat milk (or sub almond milk to lighten things up)
1 banana, sliced and frozen (*see note in post above)
1 tablespoon light creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Optional garnishes: whipped cream and chocolate shavings

Directions

Place all ingredients in the blender in the order listed. Puree until smooth. Garnish if desired.
