Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2 cups regular rolled oats
  • 1 cup roasted mix nuts (cashew, almond,sunflower, walnut)
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ½ cup dried cherries

Directions

  • Rinse quinoa under running water few times. Drain water.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Place quinoa on a skillet and stir it occasionally. Let it cook/toast lightly until it starts popping for about 15 minutes. Remove from the skillet and keep it aside in a large bowl.
  • Add oats to the skillet and let it toast for 8-10 minutes. Remove it from the skillet and mix it with quinoa.
  • Mix remaining ingredients such as nuts, chia seeds, and dried cherries and stir them evenly.
  • Store it in an airtight container
  • Serves: about 4 cups
