Honey Mustard Chicken Salad

  • 1 Rotisserie chicken, medium

• Produce

  • 2 stalks Celery
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp Parsley, dried
  • 1/2 cup Red onion

• Condiments

  • 1/3 cup Sabra spreads - honey mustard flavor

• Baking & Spices

  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 3/4 tsp Salt

• Bread & Baked Goods

  • 6 Pretzel buns, homemade or store-bought

• Dairy

  • 1/4 cup Sour cream

Ingredients

• 1 medium rotisserie chicken, shredded (~4 cups chicken)
• 2 stalks celery, diced
• ½ cup red onion, diced
• 1 tsp garlic, minced
• ⅓ cup Sabra Spreads - Honey Mustard flavor
• ¼ cup sour cream
• ½ Tbsp dried parsley (or 1½ Tbsp chopped fresh parsley)
• ¾ tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 6 pretzel buns (homemade or store-bought)

Directions

• Using a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for pretzel buns.
• Refrigerate until cold.
• Serve chicken salad on sliced pretzel buns.
