Ingredients

• 1 pound ground beef
• 1 packet taco seasoning
• 16 oz salsa
• 16 oz pasta I used ruffles
• 16 oz can black beans
• 2 cups Doritos
• 16 oz cheddar cheese
• 3 cups water
• sour cream to top

Directions

• Put your IP on saute. Place ground beef and taco seasons cook about 1-2 minutes until you just crumble the meat. Add salsa, and black beans or refried beans whichever you like. Pour uncooked pasta and 3 cups water. Manual High Pressure for 4 minutes. do a quick release. Add half the cheese and stir. Crumble Doritos and line the bottom of a baking pan. Pour past over the Doritos top with the rest of the cheddar cheese and crumbled Doritos. Bake on 350 for 3-4 minutes just to melt cheese.
