    • 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
    • 1/3 cup Sugar
    • 1 tsp Vanilla

    • 1/3 cup Irish cream
    • 1 cup Whipping cream
  • Desserts

    • 1 1/3 tsp Gelatin, Unflavored
  • Liquids

    • 4 1/3 tbsp Water

  • 1 1/3 tsp unflavored gelatin
  • 1 tbsp + 1 tsp cold water
  • 3 tbsp boiling water
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup Irish Cream (Baileys)
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  • In a small bowl, mix gelatin and cold water and let stand for 1 minute
  • Add boiling water to gelatin mixture, and stir until gelatin is dissolved. Let stand to cool.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, mix cocoa and sugar.
  • Add cream and beat on high with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
  • Gradually add vanilla, Irish Cream and gelatin, mixing until well blended
  • Spoon (or if youre feeling fancy, pipe) mixture into ramekins or small bowls.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
