Island Champagne Cocktail

  • 1 Pineapple, wedges

• Drinks

  • 2 oz Cranberry juice
  • 2 oz Pineapple juice

• Beer, Wine & Liquor

  • 2 oz Amaretto
  • 1 bottle Champagne

Ingredients

• 2 ounces pineapple juice
• 2 ounces cranberry juice
• 2 ounces amaretto
• 1 bottle champagne for topping
• pineapple wedges for garnish

Directions

• Mix the pineapple juice , cranberry juice and amaretto together.
• Pour 1½ ounces of the mixture in each of the four champagne flutes.
• Top with champagne and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
