Ingredients

  • 350 g Potato
  • 50 g Onion
  • 25 g Carrots
  • 25 g Cucumber
  • 30 g Ham
  • 4 tbs Kewpie mayonaise
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

  • Peel the potatoes and boil them for for 10 minutes.
  • Drain the water and mash the potatoes then allow them to cool down.
  • Slice the onion and carrot thinly then put them on a plate and cover with cling wrap then microwave for 2 minutes on 500w.
  • Rip the ham to small pieces and slice the cucumber thinly.
  • Place the potato, onion, carrot, cucumber and ham into a bowl and add the mayonnaise and mix it all together.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste then serve.
  • Serves: 4 serves
