Leftover Coffee Chocolate Brownies

  • 1 1/2 cups Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla

  • 1 can Pam original no-stick cooking spray
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil

• Drinks

  • 1/4 cup Coffee
  • 1 tsp Espresso grounds or finely ground coffee

Ingredients

• 1 can of PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
• ¾ cup cocoa powder
• 1 ½ cups of sugar
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1 ½ cups of flour
• ¼ cup of leftover coffee
• 1 teaspoon of espresso grounds or finely ground coffee
• 1 cup of chocolate chips
• 4 eggs
• 1 tablespoon of vanilla
• ½ cup of vegetable oil

Directions

• Preheat the oven to 350°.
• In a large bowl whisk together all of the ingredients until combined.
• Next, spray a 9x9 or 8x8 baking dish with PAM® Non-Stick Cooking Spray and pour the brownie batter in.
• Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until the center is slightly firm
• Cool to room temperature before serving.
