Loaded Greek Salad Lettuce Wraps

  • 1/2 Avocado, ripened
  • 1 tsp Cranberries, dried
  • 1/2 Cucumber, medium
  • 2 Romaine lettuce, leaves
  • 1 Tomato, small

• Condiments

  • 2 tbsp Black olives

• Nuts & Seeds

  • 1 tsp Sunflower seeds

  • 2 tbsp Feta cheese

Ingredients

• 2 Romaine lettuce leaves
• ½ of 1 ripened Avocado, chopped
• 1 small tomato, chopped
• ½ medium cucumber, chopped
• 2 tbsp sliced black olives
• 2 tbsp. crumbled Feta cheese
• 1 tsp. sunflower seeds
• 1 tsp. dried cranberries

Directions

• Wash and dry 2 large Romaine lettuce leaves.
• Divide all ingredients equally between the two leaves.
• Wrap like a taco, or roll up and enjoy!
