  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup low-carb caramel sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons stevia erythritol blend
  • 3 cups ice
  • whipped cream and additional low-carb caramel sauce for garnish (optional)

Directions

  • In an electric blender with ice crushing capacity (We use this one.), combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. The consistency should be slightly thick and resemble a slushie. Transfer mixture to glasses and serve with whipped cream and low-carb caramel sauce if desired.
