Ingredients

• 1 cup shortening
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 cup prepared coffee
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
• 3 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
• 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
• 1 cup butterscotch chips
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 1 cup pecans, chopped
• additional butterscotch chips, chocolate chips, graham cracker crumbs and coconut flakes, to garnish

Directions

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
• In the bowl of an electric mixer, cream together shortening, brown sugar and sugar.
• Add eggs, coffee and vanilla and beat until fluffy.
• Mix in sweetened condensed milk.
• Add flour, salt, baking soda, graham cracker crumbs and coconut and mix until just combined.
• Stir in butterscotch chips, chocolate chips and pecans.
• Using a medium cookie scoop, scoop cookies onto parchment or silicone lined baking sheet.
• Bake for 10-12 minutes or until just golden and set.
• Immediately after removing from oven, garnish cookies with additional butterscotch chips, chocolate chips, graham cracker crumbs and coconut flakes.
• Allow to cool 2-3 minutes on baking sheet before removing to cooling rack to cool completely.
