  • 1 1/2 Garlic powder, ground
  • 1 1/2 Grund coriander
  • 1 1/2 Onion powder

• Baking & Spices

  • 1 tsp Allspice, ground
  • 1/2 tbsp Black pepper, ground
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar, dark
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 3 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt

• Nuts & Seeds

  • 2 tbsp Cumin, ground

• Other

  • ½ Tbsp dried Taragon
  • 1 Tybsp dried organo

Ingredients

• 3 Tbsp Paprika (sweet-smoked if you can get it or use 1½ Tbsp sweet paprika and 1½ Tbsp smoked)
• 2 Tbsp ground Cumin
• 1½ grund coriander
• 1½ ground Garlic powder
• 1½ Onion powder
• 1 Tbsp dark brown sugar (optional)
• 1 TYbsp Dried organo
• ½ Tbsp dried Taragon
• ½ Tbsp ground black pepper
• 1 tsp ground allspice
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ - 2 tsp cayenne pepper (to taste)

Directions

• In a bowl, combine stir together all ingredients until well combined. Simple.
• Can store indefinitely in an airtight jar.
