Mixed Berry Bellini

  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Strawberries

• Condiments

  • 2 tbsp Berry sauce, mixed

• Baking & Spices

  • 1 White sugar

• Beer, Wine & Liquor

  • 1 Sparkling wine, sweet

• Liquids

  • 1 tbsp Water

Description

Ingredients

• White sugar
• 2 tablespoons mixed berry sauce
• Cold sweet sparkling wine
• 1/2 cup blueberries
• 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
• 1 tablespoon water (more may be needed)

Directions

• For bellini: Wet the rim of you champagne glass and dip the rim in sugar. Add berry sauce to the bottom of your glass and top with sparkling wine. For mixed berry sauce: Add ingredients to a blender and process till smooth. Add more water if you need to thin the mixture to blend.
