  • 2 Leeks
  • 1 Onion, large
  • 1/2 lb Shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 1/2 tsp Thyme, fresh

• Canned Goods

  • 2 tsp Sea salt or 3 teaspoons if using unsalted stock

• Baking & Spices

  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

• Oils & Vinegars

  • 6 tbsp Olive oil, unrefined extra-virgin

• Bread & Baked Goods

  • 1 1/2 lbs Rustic whole wheat or white bread

  • 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
