  • 1 12 oz bag Dark chocolate chips

  • 1 cup Chex cereal, whole wheat
  • 1/2 cup Pretzels, whole wheat

Description

Ingredients

• 1 cup whole wheat Chex cereal
• 1 cup unsalted dry roasted peanuts
• ½ cup whole grain Cheerios cereal
• ½ cup dried cranberries
• ½ cup whole wheat pretzels, slightly crushed
• 1 12 oz bag of extra dark chocolate chips

Directions

• In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients except chocolate chips. In a separate microwave safe bowl, pour chocolate chips and microwave for 1 minute. Remove from microwave and stir. Return to microwave and heat for another 30 seconds. Pour melted chocolate over the other ingredients and stir to combine evenly.
• On a wax paper lined baking sheet, spread mixture in an even layer and freeze for at least 1 hour. Remove from freezer, break apart into desired pieces and store in the refrigerator or freezer.
