Orange Marmalade Barbeque Chicken

  • 1 cup Bulls eye bold original barbeque sauce
  • 1 cup Smuckers sweet orange marmalade

Ingredients

• 8 chicken thighs, skin on and bone in
• 1 cup Smuckers Sweet Orange Marmalade
• 1 cup Bulls Eye Bold Original barbeque sauce
• Salt & Pepper

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Lightly spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
• Position the chicken thighs on the baking sheet, skin side up and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
• Bake the chicken for 30 minutes.
• In the meantime, stir the marmalade and the barbeque sauce together in a bowl and set aside.
• Remove the chicken from the oven and spoon the sauce on to the top of each thigh. Use only half of the sauce.
• Return the chicken to the oven and bake for another 20 minutes.
• Once again, remove the chicken from the oven, spoon the remaining sauce onto the thighs and bake for 20 minutes more.
• Once done, serve immediately!
