  • 1½ cupsorganic rolled oats - not instant
  • 3 cups filtered water
  • 3 tablespoons almond butter
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • For banana recipe: ½ mashed banana 1 date chopped
  • For berry recipe ¼ cup frozen or fresh berries and 1 teaspoon honey
  • For maple walnut version 1½ teaspoons cinnamon, 1½ teaspoons maple syrup 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts

Directions

  • place first four ingredients into a bowl and mix well
  • divide mixture into three individual serving sized containers
  • place desired add ins to each container
  • Serve cold or heated
