    • 1 cup Date paste
    • 1/2 cup Maple syrup
  • Baking & Spices

    • 1 tsp Salt
    • 2 tbsp Vanilla extract
  • Oils & Vinegars

    • 1 cup Coconut oil
  • Nuts & Seeds

    • 1 1/2 cups Hazelnuts
  • Liquids

    • 1 Water

  • 1 1/2 cups Hazelnuts, soaked 8 hours and rinsed
  • 2 cups raw Cacao Powder
  • 1 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 cup date paste
  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Water, as needed for blending and to achieve desired consistency

Directions

  • Blend hazelnut in a food processor or Vitamix. Do not use a blender without a plunger as the mixture is very thick.
  • Once well chopped, add remaining ingredients and thin with water as needed to achieve desired consistency. It will harden in the fridge, so the texture out of blender/food processor will be a bit like yogurt.
  • Stores in fridge in a glass jar for up to 2 months.
