Peach and Strawberry Bellinis

  • 3/4 cup Sugar

• Beer, Wine & Liquor

  • 1 bottle Voveti prosecco

Ingredients

• 1 bottle VOVETI Prosecco (chilled)
• ¾ cup sugar
• ¾ cup water
• 1 cup peaches (fresh or frozen)
• 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)

Directions

• Make Simple Syrup: Combine sugar and water in a small sauce pan and heat slowly over medium-low heat and let simmer. Stir until the sugar dissolves fully in the water and the consistency thickens slightly. The water only needs to simmer, you dont need to bring it to a boil. This should take about 5 minutes. Remove from stove and let cool.
• Peach Bellinis: In a blender combine 1 cup peaches and ½ cup simple syrup. Blend until smooth and completely combined.
• Strawberry Bellinis: In a blender combine 1 cup strawberries and ½ cup simple syrup and repeat the same process.
• Make the Bellinis: To assemble the bellinis, spoon about 2 tablespoons into the bottom of a champagne glass and top with VOVETI Prosecco.
