• ½ ounce simple syrup
• ¼ of a fresh vanilla bean
• ½ ounce lime juice
• 2 ounces - 10 Cane Rum
• 2 ounces of soda water

Directions

• Place the mint sprigs in the bottom of a glass add ice on top of mint. In a cocktail shaker and crushed ice, pear, simple syrup, vanilla bean, lime and rum. Strain cocktail shaker over ice and top with soda. Garnish with mint.
