Ingredients

• 6 cilantro leaves
• ice
• 1½ ounces vodka
• 4 tablespoons pineapple puree
• 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
• ginger beer

Directions

• Gently muddle the cilantro leaves in a rocks glass to release their oils. Add ice to the top. Pour the vodka over the ice followed by the pineapple puree, lime juice, and top with ginger beer. Stir and serve.
