Pomegranate Peppermint Ginger Fizz with Peppermint Sugar Rims

Description

Ingredients

• 2 large bottles Pom Wonderful pomegranate juice
• 1 liter ginger ale
• 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
• 1 cup peppermints (not hard candy)

Directions

• Pulverize peppermints in food processor and grind into finest consistency. Discard large chunks. Pour onto plate and set aside.
• Mix liquid ingredients in large pitcher and set aside.
• Pour water onto separate plate and turn glass upside down to coat rim in water. Dip wet glass rim in ground peppermint. Add ice to glasses and pour mixture over ice. Serve immediately.
